The six-week challenge is a challenge for you and your goals. Following this to a "T" will be difficult, but the reward will be incredible.
Here is what you will be coached to do every single day:
Follow your nutrition guideline
at least 3 HIIT classes a week
Steady State Cardio at least 30 Minutes 5-7 Days a Week
Log your basic fitness activities daily (Sleep, steps, 10-20 Minute NSDR Protocol)
Drink Water!
Weigh in/Take A Progress Picture Every Day (Not obligated to post it anywhere)
