Warm Up: Our classes start with an engaging and active warm-up to prepare your body for the workout. The warm-up is designed to increase blood flow and loosen up the muscles, which helps to prevent injury and improve performance during the workout. The goal of the warm-up is to get your body ready for the class and the various exercises so that you can make the most of your workout.

Main Class: Our classes always change to keep your body challenged and engaged. Each class is tailored to focus on different muscle groups and topics of the week. Additionally, every class includes 10-15 minutes of kickboxing to build cardio and strength. We pride ourselves on being creative with our workouts, incorporating various exercises such as circuits, AMRAPs, EMOTM, partner workouts, challenges, Tabatas, choose your adventure, and many more.

Kickboxing: The class will always have some element of kickboxing and on-the-bag work! We will work with combinations, technical skills, and freestyle skills. We will work bag rounds or incorporate bag work into a circuit or station. This is a great way to add cardio to any workout and allows for a fun and more dynamic class.
