We start with a 30-minute evaluation- Which will help identify specific actionable goals within a realistic timeline. Next, we will schedule you TWO 30-minute training sessions that are designed to give you the basic tools you need to better understand your current fitness levels for strength, mobility, and cardiovascular limits.
