What is HIIT Kickboxing?

Our fitness program combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with cardio kickboxing routines to build strength and endurance while burning calories fast. Our members keep coming back to our classes because they feel more confident, lose weight and see progress in achieving their fitness goals. We offer a fun and challenging way to get fit.

A key part of our successful program is our instructors and their passion to motivate members to reach their fitness goals. Instructors work with members at all fitness levels and push them to work harder as they progress.


Kickboxing is a plus, but not required!

The most important thing we look for is that you're athletic, energetic and passionate about helping others on their fitness journey. We will train you on our program model, kickboxing techniques utilized and the equipment available for class. No formal HIIT experience? No problem. No kickboxing experience? Also, no problem! Members are looking for a high energy workout that delivers results, which is exactly what we will prepare new instructors to lead.
