An All-Around Program
Our 45-minute workouts deliver a balanced fitness routine most people require. We spend four weeks on a topic to get the best results in each module. During the week, our workouts target various muscle groups which will maximize results.
Warm Up
Every class begins with a dynamic and active warm-up. The goal of the warm-up is to get the body ready for class and the various exercises!
Main Class
We will never have the same class twice – our classes are designed to fit the topic of the week and the muscle split. They also have 10-15 minutes of kickboxing in every class. We love to get creative! We do circuits, AMRAPs, EMOTM, Partner workouts, Challenges, Tabatas, Choose your own adventure… and MORE!
Kickboxing
The class will always have some element of kickboxing, and on-the-bag work! We will with combinations, technical skills, and freestyle skills. We will work bag rounds or we will incorporate bag work into a circuit or station. This is a great way to add cardio to any workout, and it allows for a fun and more dynamic class.
